I HATE THIS APP SO MUCH

Here is why:
I have the a different star girl app with all of my data on it. I recently got another star girl app. It says existing user or new user I clicked existing user because I had another star girl on my phone it says no data found so I followed the instructions and clicked back up data so I went back to the app and it says data not found! What is up with star girl??? I hate the app I used to love it but I dont like it anymore it frustrates me so much Ive tried to use my other data so many times but it wont work I really hate this app now I cant believe I used to like it
